Spring is (finally) here, and with it comes a delicious new way to support Cottonwood Institute! For the month of April, head to Chook Charcoal Chicken, the newest restaurant from Snooze’s Adam Schlegel and James Beard Award-winning chef Alex Seidel (Fruition, Mercantile Dining & Provisions), for a great meal and a good cause!
Chook, which opened last December in Platt Park in Denver, gives back to three local organizations every month through their Community Chest program, and Cottonwood Institute is a beneficiary this month! They’re serving up grilled chicken, veggies, and some awesome-looking cocktails, all inspired by Australia’s ubiquitous neighborhood chicken shops.
With every purchase, you’ll get a token you can use to direct a portion of your purchase to CI (or one of their other deserving beneficiaries, but we’re a little biased).
Between Chook and the 14th annual Base Camp Bash on April 13th, 2019 supporting CI has never been so fun or so tasty! So head on down to Chook Chicken at 1300 South Platte St. in Denver, CO for lunch or dinner this month, and make sure you’ve got your tickets for the Bash!
