Our Camping Trip
One __maroon__ (adjective) day __Evelyn__ (name) and __Zoie__ (name) went camping with their CAP class. They packed __sticky__ (adjective) __elk__ (noun) in their backpacks and loaded onto the __watery__(adjective) bus. On the ride up the mountain they sang __forgetful__(adjective) songs and saw a __cat__(noun) out the window
When they arrived at Cal-wood, the first thing they did was __roll__(verb) up the hill to set up their __stretchy__(adjective) __frogs__(plural noun). When they finished, they joined the other __tiny__(adjective) kids to eat a __horrendous__(adjective) __narwhal__(noun).
After eating, they decided to go __chase__(verb). That was so __shiny__(adjective)! While they were __swatting__ (verb) they saw a __stinky_ (adjective) __platypus__(animal)! They were so __icy__(adjective) that they __punched_ (verb) into a __parking lot__(noun).
Later on they made a __Canadian__(adjective) dinner of __fishy__(adjective) __children__(plural noun) and __watery__(adjective) __gnomes__(plural noun). Then they __ran__ (past tense verb) a __Justin Bieber__(noun) and sat around it roasting __backpacks__(plural noun) and telling __brave__(adjective) stories.
After the campfire it was time for the __blue__(adjective) hike. The __icy__(adjective) teacher __Ms. Szabo__ (teacher’s name) wouldn’t let them use __oceans__ (plural noun) so they were __annoying__(adjective), but they saw __12__(number) of __binder__(plural noun) and it turned out that it was really __beautiful__(adjective)!
