    I think that this is true when everyone can be comfortable with each other and not self-concious. When one says that the other has a good idea or encourages the other person, it builds up the strengh to be a team. Telling someone else you like what they’re doing is good and helpful; it makes them feel good about themselves and it builds good relationships.

    I don’t agree with this quote. I believe a team becomes a team when everyone realizes the strengths and weaknesses of each individual and then use that to get a job done. But, from my personal experiences, you really work well with some of your friends versus just strangers.
