We hope you and your loved ones are safe, happy and healthy during these uncertain times. Usually around this time of year, the CI staff are busy working to put on our annual Base Camp Bash, but due to the present circumstances, we’ve had to postpone our in person event to September. In the meantime, we hope you’ll join us for the first ever Roaring 20’s Virtual Bash on Saturday, April 25th, 2020 from 6pm – 7pm MT.
What: Our Virtual Bash will be a live stream event through the Zoom platform that you can join from anywhere around the world. The event will include both a live and silent auction, a cocktail (or mocktail) lesson, a virtual toast and more all from the comfort of your own home. Registration is free for everyone! Since the Bash will be online, you can wear whatever you want, though extra style points will go to anyone with extra Roaring 20’s flair!
Why: While navigating the COVID-19 crisis, our team at CI is working to find creative ways to continue engaging with students. This event will help raise the critical funds we need to connect students to the outdoors and empower them to take action to improve their schools, the community, and the environment for future generations.
How to Participate: Click here to register! Registration is free and will allow you to participate in the silent and live auctions. Please Note: All registered participants will receive the Zoom meeting ID the morning of Saturday, April 25, 2020. Make sure to register by 5pm MT on Friday, April 24th, 2020 to get the Zoom link to the live event!
- Zoom Tip: If you have not used Zoom before, we recommend downloading the app for your phone, tablet, or latest version for your computer browser. Click here for more information.
Cocktail/Mocktail Ingredients: If you want to participate, Distillery 291 is facilitating a virtual cocktail/mocktail lesson during the Virtual Bash. If you would like to play along at home, do your best to get the following ingredients:
- Whiskey Sour Cocktail: Distillery 291 Bourbon Whiskey, lemon or lemon juice, simple syrup (equal parts sugar and warm water), egg for egg whites or box egg whites, and garnish with a lemon peel and Luxardo Maraschino cherries.

Prizes: We are excited to announce two prizes that will be announced at the end of the Virtual Bash:
- Prize for Registering: All registered participants will be entered in to a random drawing to receive a sweet prize from our friends at Maroon Bell Outdoor, including a cool crew neck sweatshirt, hat, and koozie.
- Last Bidder: At the end of the night, the last person 21+ to donate at least $25 by 8:00pm MT will receive a bottle of Distillery 291 Bourbon Whiskey.
